Welcome to Brixham Church of England Primary School & Neighbourhood Nursery

Welcome to the all new Brixham Church of England primary school website. We are a small school that prides itself on our christian values and aims to ensure all of our pupils feel happy, secure and valued,enabling them to make a worthwhile contribution as young people within their community.

Our school provides a gateway for young children to discover, explore, and learn in a caring environment. Childhood is a magical, wonderful time and our pupils follow a varied and active programme designed to give them the opportunity to build confidence and learn everything they will need for their future.

Originally Brixham Church of England Infants' School was opened on 26 th September 1958 at 2.30pm by the Ven. E F Hall MA, The Archdeacon of Totnes. It was built to replace a former church school known as Lower Brixham C of E Infants which was sited in Fore Street . The school has recently developed a Day Care provision and is ready to expand as a Primary provider gradually over the next few years.

We pride ourselves on being a small, caring, family Church school where Christian values underpin the life and ethos of the school. We strive to create an atmosphere where children become happy, secure individuals who feel valued and able to make a worthwhile contribution as young citizens.
